Our Materials
Our aim is to keep our production local and to source our raw materials as locally as possible. We use 100% Norwegian sheep's wool from Sandnes, pewter hooks and buttons from Tinn-Per in Lillehammer. The braiding in our Rundemann and Sandviken designs is from Møre Bånd in Tingvoll. The garments are knitted in Bergen and the surrounding islands.
There are many benefits to natural materials such as wool and cotton. They breathe and adjust to your body's temperature. They are durable and will last you for many years if taken care of properly. They are also biodegradable and do not cause microfiber pollution as do synthetic materials. Natural materials are a better choice for both you and the environment.
