Newest member of the Susan Fosse Team!

Hello everyone!

If you are reading this post - I am so happy to have caught your attention. Its been a while since we posted here, but one of our New Years resolutions is to bring back the blog to life.

I am writing this post first and foremost to introduce myself (long overdue) as the newest member of the Susan Fosse team. I joined the team this summer, and six months in I've already fallen in love with everything this job has to offer, what I can give back to the job and to our beloved customers.

I have worked in customer service for many years, but stepping into this role has been something completely different. From my first day here, I've had the chance to meet so many amazing people from all over the world with different stories to share. Those personal connections with you guys have quickly become my favourite part of the job.

My love for sustainable material

Another reason that makes my work so special to me is how closely it aligns with my own personal values. I've grown up wearing wool and I know and love all of it's qualities. It's not only about the qualities but also the fact that it is a versatile, sustainable material with a history behind it. 
Supporting local businesses, staying active in nature - showing respect for it and the animals living in it is also very important to me. 




2025 and the years to come..

2025 is right around the corner and looking ahead, I'm excited to grow in my new role, both in the Shop and behind the scenes working closely with both Susan and William. 

One of my main goals is to involve you, our followers, even more. I would love to know what you're curios about - whether it's advice on how to care for wool, tips for what to see when you visit in Bergen, or even ideas for new designs you would like to see. I want to make this space a place for dialogue, creativity and connection.
