Love your garment
All Susan Fosse garments can be either hand washed or washed in the washing machine using a hand wash wool cycle. To wash by hand use a detergent with a neutral pH and wash in lukewarm water, 30 degrees centigrade / 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Rinse well. Roll the garment in a towel to remove as much of the water as possible and then dry flat (do not hang to dry). The garment can then be gently steamed with an iron on a low setting. To wash by machine use a detergent with a neutral pH. Wash garment on its own, on a wool cycle at 30 degrees centigrade / 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not tumble dry. Dry flat (do not hang to dry). The garment can then be gently steamed with an iron on a low setting.
How to measure:
- A - Chest: underarm to underarm
- B - Back: base of collar to base of sweater
- C - Sleeve: centre neck to cuff

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and local postal services. We recommend placing your orders early at busy times of year (such as Christmas) to allow for delivery delays.
We reserve the right to decline to fulfil orders for any reason, including an item which has been published in error (for example, an incorrect price or description). Orders are treated as offers which we are entitled to accept or decline. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for orders which go missing after delivery has been confirmed. Extra shipping charges may apply for shipping of exchanged goods.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (less any shipping charges) within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, colour, or variation, simply send it back to us and we will promptly ship the new product (subject to availability and additional shipping charges).
Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags. Only unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned. Items returned in unsellable condition will be shipped back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
Returns from Norway: Send your return using your own tracked Posten postage, or contact shop@susanfosse.com for help obtaining a return label.
Returns from outside Norway: Please purchase Return Shipping - International on our website. For an exchange, purchase Return / Exchange Shipping - International. We will send you a DHL return label, which must be used for international returns.
Once we receive your package, we will process the refund or exchange as requested.

A gorgeous classic Norwegian Sweater knitted in 100% wool. The Setesdal rose is the inspiration for the band across the chest - a very traditional pattern in Norway. The name "Nøstet" is from a part of Bergen Centre - where you can still find some of the small older whitewashed wooden houses. The area has become very popular recently with lots of families moving in, renovating the old houses and once again making this part of the city centre a very welcoming place to live. The sweater can be machine washed - and is both highly comfortable and durable
