Orders and Delivery
We will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the dispatch of your Susan Fosse products. We aim to send out orders on the working day after we receive them. The total cost of your order will include a delivery charge, which is shown at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and local postal services. We recommend placing your orders early at busy times of year (such as Christmas) to allow for delivery delays.
We reserve the right to decline to fulfil orders for any reason, including an item which has been published in error (for example, an incorrect price or description). Orders are treated as offers which we are entitled to accept or decline. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for orders which go missing after delivery has been confirmed. Extra shipping charges may apply for shipping of exchanged goods.
Import duties and taxes
Import tax and/or value added tax (VAT) may be charged by the country to which the product is shipped. Import and tax costs vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the customer.
If import duties, VAT, or handling fees are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping, import, or handling charges billed to us by the courier or customs authorities.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (less any shipping charges) within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, colour, or variation, simply send it back to us and we will promptly ship the new product (subject to availability and additional shipping charges).
Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags. Only unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned. Items returned in unsellable condition will be shipped back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
Please send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable shipping method if not using a prepaid label. Once we receive your package, we will process the refund or exchange as requested.

Please mark the shipment: “Returned Merchandise for Exchange – No Commercial Value.”
Packages must be returned prepaid — we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Proof of purchase (such as the original receipt or packing slip) is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please use a trackable and, for higher-priced items, insured shipping method.
We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or if the item is defective.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 30 days or 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
